His Eminence Sheikh Youssef Nabha

Imam of Masjid Arrahman

Sheikh Youssef Nabha has studied Islamic Sciences in Islamic institutions for almost a decade. In 2009, Sheikh Youssef established Arrahman Islamic Centre which includes Masjid Arrahman. He is the Imam of the Masjid which hosts hundreds of worshippers every year. Sheikh Youssef has been committed to providing services to the Islamic community such as Islamic lessons, Islamic consultations and marriage services as an registered minister of religion authorised to solemnise marriages in Australia.

Sheikh Youssef has participated in multi-faith initiatives that aim to improve social cohesion, harmony and tolerance in Australia’s democratic and pluralistic society. He has been active in engaging with government representatives, community leaders and other community members to help develop mutual respect and dialogue on behalf of his local community.
